Secrets of Fire
Originally working together on solo music projects in the winter of 2021 River and Astrid realised they had a common love for all things gothic and rock. The two embarked on writing a series of tracks with dark, witchy undertones and later in the Summer of 2021 Secrets of Fire was formed.
A new era
When a Kiwi witch singer joined forces with a British songwriter, electric sparks began to fly. Influenced by artists including: Nick Cave, David Bowie, David Lynch and The Cure to name but a few. SoF set about merging dark enchanting melodies with crashing electric guitar tones.
The Future
The band are scheduled to release their debut album in 2023. Watch this space!
